Our impact

Learn how we are bridging the digital divide and making a real difference in people’s lives

We help people to improve their lives through digital.

Since our establishment in 2017, Good Things Australia has distributed over $30 million in grants to community organisations, reached 2 million people with digital skills information and support, trained 15,000 digital mentors, engaged over 100,000 people through our annual Get Online Week campaign and reached millions of people to raise awareness of the importance of digital inclusion.

People who participate in Good Things programs gain access to technology and increase their digital literacy skills, confidence and ability to be safe online. This leads to an increased ability to participate socially and economically which positively impacts their independence and wellbeing. By providing specialised digital inclusion funding, high-quality learning materials, and capacity-building opportunities, we equip 4,000 local organisations in the Good Things network to deliver digital inclusion programs across Australia.
