Good Things is making a small change to how you can reach our friendly team and access our support.
From Tuesday 25 November 2025, we are changing our main email address.
You will now be able to contact us by emailing: connect@goodthings.org.au
You may also notice our email newsletters coming from communications@goodthings.org.au. Our telephone helpline number and website are not changing.
What you need to do
- add our new email addresses to your contacts or address book
- mark our emails as safe if they get flagged as spam
- let your team know about this change in how to get in touch with us.
This will help you to continue to receive our support and information for your digital inclusion programs.
Stay safe online
As a grant making and digital skills organisation, we know it is important to be scam aware when receiving information like this via email or text, particularly regarding online payments.
Good Things sent advice by email to a key contact person from each of our network partners to let them know about the change in our email address on 24 November 2025. This email did not ask you to log in to your account or change your bank or payment details with us.
Tip: Always check the information on an organisation’s official website or app (like through this article) before changing email addresses in your contact list.
