Follow this step by step video to register an individual learner on the my.goodthingsaustralia.org website. This is a good way to register one or two new people you have supported.
Before you start, you need to have a log in to access your organisation’s account on this website.
Note: Check your grant terms and conditions and guidelines to see if there is additional reporting you need to do, such as completing Digital Skills Checkers and recording the support you provided to each learner you register.

In this video you will learn how to register a single learner
After logging in to my.goodthingsaustralia.org website, select manage learners
Scroll to find the program your learners were supported under
Select the program
Double check the account name. Review the program details
Select more actions
Select learner registration
All fields in the learner registration form with a red asterisk are mandatory
Fill in all the learner details
Select submit
Or select add another to add another learner
A success notification will display when done
