Follow this step by step video to record the support you have provided your learners on the my.goodthingsaustralia.org website.

Before you start, you need to have a log in to access your organisation’s account on this website and have registered learners on this website. Watch our other how to videos for step by step instructions on how to do this.

Note: Check your grant terms and conditions and guidelines to see if there is additional reporting you need to do, such as completing Digital Skills Checkers.

How to record support given to learners on my.GoodThings

In this video you will learn how to record the support you delivered to learners in your program

Add support delivered to an individual

After logging in to my.goodthingsaustralia.org website, select manage learners

Select the program

Select more actions

Select learner content

Select report by learner

Select the learner you wish to record the support you have delivered towards

Select the learning topic you completed with this person

Select the learning activity you completed with this person

select if this was completed using Be Connected program resources

Select how you provided this support

Select the date support was provided, then select submit

You will get a success message on screen and can now return to manage more learners

Add support delivered to a group of learners

Select the program you want to manage the learners for

Select more actions then select manage learner content

Select report by group

Select the group you wish to record support against from the list

Follow the same steps as for individual learners to record the support you provided

You will get a success message on screen and be able to review the list of learners
