- What are some things that you already do online? (Like watching Youtube videos, online banking, video calling friends and family)
- What are some things you want to learn? (Like exploring new hobbies on Youtube, how to use a smartphone)
- What do you think we can learn from each other?
- How do you like to learn?
- Is there anything that you are nervous about being online?
These are all open questions. This means they can’t be answered with a simple yes or no. The good thing is that this can better start a two way conversation between mentor and learner.
