Print out this flip card activity and use it with your community to support them to get familiar with AI. This printable activity contains ten A5 flip cards. Each flip card showcases the different ways that AI can help you.
This is a fun resource to engage your community in a Benefits of AI session and introduce them to some of the practical ways people can use AI. It will take around 15 – 30 minutes to complete this activity with your learners depending on how you choose to run your session.
Instructions for using flip cards
Step 1: Print the Cards
- Print pages 2 to 11 of this document.
- Use thick paper if possible, so the cards are sturdy.
Step 2: Fold in half or cut out the cards
- You can fold the cards in half OR
- Carefully cut out each card along the middle and glue the halves
together - Make sure to keep each pair together: the image and the text.
Step 3: Play the Flip Card activity
- Lay the cards face down with the image side up.
- Pick one card and guess how AI can help based on the image.
- Flip the card to read how AI can assist with that activity.
- Discuss or think about how AI could help you in similar ways in your
daily life.
