Digital ID Train the Trainer

Express your organisation’s interest in taking part in a train the trainer initiative with the Department of Finance.

Digital ID helps you safely and easily verify who you are when using government and other services. It is a free and voluntary Australian Government online service.

The Department of Finance is inviting community organisations to express interest in participating in a future, paid initiative as part of the Digital ID Train the Trainer program.

Organisations would be procured to attend a Digital ID Train the Trainer session and provide feedback on the efficacy of the program and related Digital ID resources. Organisations would also have the opportunity to provide input into other Digital ID inclusion initiatives and deliver Digital ID related services within their communities, if they choose.

Good Things is supporting the Department to run an expression of interest process for organisations and digital mentors wanting to take part in the Digital ID Train the Trainer initiative. Organisations in our network are invited to fill in the form below to apply by 15 April 2026.
