Good Things has launched a brand new grants bot to help our community of network partners answer their grant related questions.
We know our network are busy people. We also know they are committed to delivering all of the requirements of their grant funded programs with us.
The Good Things grants bot has been designed to let our network quickly check important information about their grants with us, at any time of the day or night. The grants bot will answer questions relating to any grants the organisation has with us, including:
- Acquittal due dates
- Reporting they need to complete
- How many people they have supported so far through our grant-funded programs.
We have worked with experts at Salesforce and DataColada to design the AI powered bot, which will learn and improve over time.
