Network Engagement and Support Coordinator

Good Things Australia is looking for a proactive, people-focused Network Engagement Support Coordinator to be part of our helpline, supporting our national network of community partners and learners.

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact on our helpline—responding to calls, emails, and voicemails with care and professionalism. You’ll also run webinars, maintain CRM records and contribute to program engagement and administration. Building strong, positive relationships is at the heart of this role.
